Return & Refund Policy

At iCase.com.pk, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange

If by any chance we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return the product in its original condition within 7 days of your purchase and receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Your replacement item will be dispatched within 4 to 5 working days.

Repeat Returns Policy

To maintain a fair and sustainable service for all our customers, iCase.com.pk reserves the right to apply the following condition:

• Customers with 2 or more previous returned orders will be required to pay 50% advance payment before any new order is processed.
• Orders will not be dispatched or processed until the required advance payment is received.
• This policy applies regardless of the reason for the previous returns and is intended to reduce misuse of our return and exchange system.
• The remaining balance will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD), or your preferred payment method, at the time of delivery.

Refund

If you have received your item and unfortunately don't like it, we still accept returns/refunds, provided the item is in its original condition.

A 20% service charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover delivery, handling, and packing costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
